You may submit this form anonymously. If you choose to include your name and email address, that information will be visible only to the designated recipient at the Cornell Free Speech Alliance. It will not be shared publicly and will be removed before any information is provided to our legal support staff.

Our purpose is not to inflame conflict or target individuals. It is to identify patterns, understand lived experiences, and advocate constructively for a campus environment where viewpoint diversity and free expression are genuinely protected.
